REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service for CTCG Media LLC (doing business as “Cedric The Car Guy” and “Car Buying SECRETS”) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing or accessing our digital products, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1) IMPORTANT: DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE DIFFERENT THAN PHYSICAL GOODS
Because our products are delivered digitally (e.g., PDFs, downloads, audio, video training, templates, toolkits, and/or online access), we do not offer “returns” in the way physical products do. Instead, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible one-time Digital Product purchases (books, toolkits/bundles, and video courses), subject to the terms below. Buyer/Seller Simulation Labs are excluded from the 30-day guarantee and have a separate refund policy described below.

2) DEFINITIONS
“Digital Products” includes (without limitation): downloadable files, PDFs, audio, video programs, toolkits, templates, worksheets, and online portal access. “Subscription/Membership” includes recurring billing products, including community access (e.g., Skool) where offered. “Purchase” means a one-time payment or a subscription payment processed through our payment provider(s) such as Stripe. “Simulation Labs” means our Buyer Simulation Lab and Seller Simulation Lab programs, which include live components and/or services that require our time (for example: live sessions, 1:1 or group support, personalized reviews, deal strategy work, feedback, or other hands-on assistance).

3) ONE-TIME PURCHASES (DIGITAL PRODUCTS) + SIMULATION LABS
A) 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Digital Products)
For eligible one-time purchases of our Digital Products (including books, PDFs, downloads, audio, toolkits/bundles, templates, and video courses/portal access), you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

B) Buyer/Seller Simulation Labs (Separate Policy — Not Covered by the 30-Day Guarantee)
Because Simulation Labs include our time and live support/services, they are not covered by the 30-day Digital Product guarantee. Simulation Lab purchases are refundable only under the following conditions:
– If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase AND you have not scheduled/attended any live session AND we have not begun delivering the Simulation Lab services, we will issue a full refund.
– After 24 hours, or once any Simulation Lab delivery begins (including scheduling/attending live sessions or any hands-on work), Simulation Lab purchases are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may request to reschedule according to the program’s scheduling rules.

C) Access/Delivery Problems (Fair Fix Policy)
If you have trouble accessing what you purchased, contact Support and we will work to resolve it. If we cannot resolve a verified access/delivery issue within a reasonable time, we may issue a refund or provide an alternative delivery method, at our discretion.

D) Offer-Specific Terms Control
If a specific product page, checkout page, or order confirmation explicitly states different refund/guarantee terms for that offer, those stated terms will control for that offer.

4) SUBSCRIPTIONS / MEMBERSHIPS (IF OFFERED)
A) Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription by following the cancellation instructions provided at checkout and/or in your account settings (if available), or by contacting Support.

B) Billing and Refunds
Unless required by law or explicitly stated for a specific subscription:
– Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
– Canceling stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the current paid billing period (unless access is terminated for Terms violations).

C) Trials / Intro Pricing
If we offer a free trial or introductory price that converts to a paid subscription, the conversion and renewal terms will be disclosed at checkout. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged.

Note: Some jurisdictions (including California) require clear disclosure, affirmative consent, and an acknowledgment that includes cancellation information for automatic renewals; we aim to follow those requirements for applicable subscriptions.

5) NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS (UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW OR EXPRESSLY STATED)
Refunds are not available for:
– Simulation Labs except as stated in Section 3(B).
– Completed services (including 1:1 calls or scheduled sessions) once delivered.
– Subscription/membership fees once charged (see Section 4), unless a specific subscription offer explicitly states otherwise.
– Purchases made through third-party platforms or marketplaces (their refund rules apply).
– Purchases made with violations of our Terms (e.g., chargeback abuse, piracy, unauthorized sharing, or access circumvention).

6) HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND (WHEN ELIGIBLE)
To request a refund (when eligible and within the applicable window), email: support@cedricthecarguy.com

Include:
– The email used at checkout
– The product purchased
– The date of purchase
– Your order/receipt number (if available)
– A brief description of the issue

We may request additional information to verify the purchase and prevent fraud.

7) REFUND METHOD AND TIMING
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times vary by payment provider and bank; it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

8) CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can help. Filing an unwarranted chargeback may result in loss of access to products/services and restriction from future purchases.

9) INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (EU/UK NOTICE)
If you are located in the EU/UK, you may have statutory withdrawal rights for distance purchases. For digital content, those rights can be affected once digital delivery/performance begins, particularly where the consumer requests immediate access and acknowledges the withdrawal right may be lost. If this applies, our checkout flow may require you to consent to immediate delivery/access and acknowledge the corresponding effect on withdrawal rights.

10) UPDATES
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when it was last revised.
