 1. Finding a Charging Station

  – Open the Toyota app and tap ‘Find stations’ on the home screen.

   – Enter a location or let the app find your current location.

   – Browse the list of nearby charging stations.

   – Optionally, filter the stations by network (like EVgo, ChargePoint), charging level, availability, and your favorites.

   – Look for live pricing and available charger numbers at select stations.

2. Getting Directions:

   – Once you pick a station, select it in the app.

   – Tap ‘Send to Car’ to get directions sent directly to your vehicle’s navigation system.

3. Setting Up Payment:

   – If you haven’t set up payment yet, tap ‘Setup Wallet’ at the bottom of the station’s listing.

   – Enter your card details and billing address in the Wallet section of the app.

   – Save your information, and you’re ready to use this payment method.

4. Registering for Charging:

   – After setting up payment, tap the ‘Register’ button that appears at the bottom of the station listing.

   – Agree to the Terms and Conditions.

   – The app will link to an existing ChargePoint account if your Toyota account email is already associated with one. If not, it will create a new account for you.

5. Starting and Monitoring Charging:

   – At the station, plug the connector into your vehicle.

   – Tap ‘Start Charging’ in the app.

   – Monitor the charging progress, including the battery percentage and time left for a full charge.

6. Finishing Up:

   – To stop charging, select ‘Stop Charging’ in the app, or simply wait until the battery is fully charged.

   – The payment will be processed automatically, and the app will show the final cost.

   – Tap ‘OK’ to complete the process.
