This Support page applies to CTCG Media LLC (doing business as “Cedric The Car Guy” and “Car Buying SECRETS”) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and to our websites, landing pages, digital products, courses, and communities (collectively, the “Services”).

Weekend/Holidays: Limited support

Typical response time: Within 1–2 business days.

ORDER & ACCESS HELP (MOST COMMON ISSUES)
If you purchased a product and can’t access it, we can help quickly. Please email us with:
– The email address used at checkout
– Your full name
– The product purchased (e.g., CBS Book / Toolkit / Advanced Masterclass)
– The date of purchase
– A screenshot of the issue (if possible)

Common fixes:
– Check your spam/junk folder for your access email/receipt.
– Make sure you’re using the same email you used at checkout.
– Try opening the access link in a different browser or an incognito/private window.

DOWNLOADS / DIGITAL DELIVERY
Some items are delivered as downloadable files (PDF, audio, etc.). Others are delivered through an online portal. If a download link expires or a portal link breaks, contact support and we’ll provide a fresh access method when possible.

COMMUNITY ACCESS (IF YOU PURCHASED A COMMUNITY/MEMBERSHIP)
If your purchase includes community access (for example, through Skool), we’ll help you:
– locate your invite link
– confirm the email you should use
– troubleshoot login issues

If you were removed for violating community rules, access may not be restored.

BILLING, RECEIPTS, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
Billing is processed through Stripe and/or other payment processors we may use. If you need:
– a receipt
– help updating your payment method
– help canceling a subscription (if offered)
– help resolving a billing issue

Email support with your purchase email and the last 4 digits of the card used (if available) or your receipt/order number.

CANCELLATIONS (SUBSCRIPTIONS / MEMBERSHIPS, IF OFFERED)
If you have an active subscription/membership, cancellation instructions will be available in your account and/or included in your purchase confirmation email.

If you can’t find the cancellation option, email support and we’ll help you cancel future renewals.

REFUNDS
Refund eligibility (if any) is governed by our Refund Policy:

Please do not file a chargeback before contacting us — most access and billing issues can be resolved quickly.

TECH REQUIREMENTS
For the best experience:
– Use an updated version of Chrome, Safari, or Firefox
– Enable cookies for login and access features
– Disable ad blockers temporarily if they interfere with checkout/access pages

SECURITY NOTE
For your protection, we may ask you to verify your identity before we discuss account or billing details. We will never ask you for your full card number or your password.
