These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, landing pages, products, digital downloads, courses, memberships, community offerings, and related services provided by CTCG Media LLC (doing business as “Cedric The Car Guy” and “Car Buying SECRETS”) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) WHO WE ARE
CTCG Media LLC provides educational information and digital products related to car buying, vehicle selling, negotiation, and related topics, including the Car Buying SECRETS ecosystem and any related toolkits, downloads, communities, and programs.
2) ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3) CHANGES TO THE SERVICES OR TERMS
We may update the Services and/or these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
4) ACCOUNTS, ACCESS, AND SECURITY
Some features may require an account, login, or access link.
You agree to:
– Provide accurate information.
– Maintain the security of your login credentials.
– Notify us promptly of unauthorized access or use.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being misused or compromised.
5) PURCHASES, PAYMENTS, AND CHECKOUT
When you purchase a product or service, you agree to pay the stated price (plus applicable taxes, if any).
Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Stripe and/or other payment providers we may use from time to time. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Order Confirmation: A receipt or confirmation may be delivered via email and/or displayed after checkout.
6) DIGITAL PRODUCTS: LICENSE, ACCESS, AND DELIVERY
All digital products (including PDFs, videos, audio, worksheets, templates, and downloads) are licensed, not sold.
License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the digital products for your personal, non-commercial use (unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing).
Restrictions: You may not:
– Share, resell, distribute, sublicense, or transfer the products to anyone else.
– Upload, post, or publish the products publicly (including to file-sharing sites).
– Reproduce or create competing products based on our materials.
– Circumvent access controls, paywalls, or security measures.
– Record, rip, scrape, or copy content in a way that violates these Terms.
Access Changes: We may change delivery methods or platforms (e.g., membership portal, course host, community platform). If we do, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve your access to what you purchased, subject to platform availability and these Terms.
7) SUBSCRIPTIONS, MEMBERSHIPS, AND AUTO-RENEWALS (IF OFFERED)
If we offer subscription or membership products:
– Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be presented at checkout.
– Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
– You may cancel as described at checkout or in your account settings (if available).
Trials/Discounts: If a trial or discounted period converts to paid, the conversion terms will be disclosed at signup.
8) REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY
Because our products are digital, refunds may be limited.

If no Refund Policy is posted, then all sales are final unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.
9) CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can help.
We reserve the right to suspend access to products/services while a chargeback or payment dispute is pending and to deny future purchases if we detect abuse or fraud.
10) COMMUNITY TERMS (IF OFFERED)
If we provide access to a community (including via Skool or other platforms), you agree to:
– Be respectful and lawful.
– Not harass, threaten, or discriminate.
– Not post illegal, infringing, or misleading content.
– Not spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products/services without permission.
We may remove content and/or suspend or terminate your community access for any violation, at our discretion.
Third-Party Platform: Community features may be hosted by third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their terms and policies.
11) ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
– Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
– Attempt unauthorized access to any systems.
– Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
– Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or copy content without written permission.
– Upload malware or harmful code.
– Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
12) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, products, branding, logos, text, graphics, videos, audio, downloads, and other materials provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
13) USER CONTENT (TESTIMONIALS, COMMENTS, SUBMISSIONS)
If you submit content (e.g., testimonials, comments, feedback, community posts), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for business purposes (e.g., marketing), unless prohibited by law.
We will not publish testimonials with identifying details beyond what you provide and approve, where applicable.
14) EDUCATIONAL USE DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)
Our Services provide educational information only.
We are not a law firm, financial advisor, lender, broker, dealership, or credit repair organization. Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
Car buying and vehicle selling results vary due to factors outside our control (market conditions, lender decisions, dealer policies, inventory, timing, credit profile, negotiation, etc.). We do not guarantee any specific outcome, savings amount, approval, price, or terms.
15) THIRD-PARTY LINKS, TOOLS, AND INTEGRATIONS
The Services may link to or integrate with third parties (e.g., Stripe, Calendly, analytics tools, advertising pixels, community platforms). We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, practices, or services.
16) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
17) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE AT ISSUE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions may not apply to you.
18) INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
19) TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or if required to comply with law.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification).
20) GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
(Optional: If you later want an arbitration clause + class action waiver, have an attorney add it to ensure it’s properly drafted and enforceable for your specific offers.)
21) SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
22) ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any posted policies (Refund Policy, Community Guidelines, etc.), constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services.
