Today, we sneak a peek at the all-new 2025 Toyota Camry redesign. The Camry, built and manufactured in Georgetown, Kentucky, has a proud heritage of being one the best-selling midsize cars in America for 21 years straight.
As of late, the Toyota Camry has been one the most sought-after cars for its appealing style and sharp lines. Akio Toyoda, former President and CEO of Toyota Motor Corp. declared, “No more boring cars,” Now we see the proof of his vision with hot cars and a higher spike in demand for Toyota vehicles.
For the 2025 all-new Camry, Toyota will debut its first 100% Hybrid Powertrain for every Camry. The 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine features a lithium-ion battery package that boosts a killer combination of fuel efficiency and power. Plus, this will be a fun sedan with Camry’s low ride height and superior handling.
Adding the Hybrid Powertrain to the entire Camry line now increases the fuel efficiency of the whole line and improves the horsepower over previous generations. Toyota estimates 225 net combined horsepower on front-wheel-drive models and 232 net on all-wheel-drive models.
Another hidden benefit of electric vehicles is the smooth immediate torque the electric motor generates. Pair this with the Electronic On-Demand All-Wheel-Drive, now available across all Toyota Camry grades. This AWD system enhances driver confidence and peace of mind whenever more traction is needed.
The 2025 Camry will have an available sport-tuned suspension for even more excellent stability and handling confidence behind the wheel. You get this suspension on the sexier SE or XSE models. These redesigned sports models, SE and XSE, look more athletic in the vehicle’s front and rear. A sleeker roofline and a lower front facial give the SE and XSE a more aggressive look while improving handling stability.
Looking at the front end, XSE features a body-color matching sport grille and a racing-inspired function aerodynamic air ducts on both XSE and SE. Plus, both models receive front-side canards also.
Looking at the rear, we see a diffuser and a lip spoiler. For the XSE, we see some exclusive wheel options, like the 19-inch multi-spoke wheels finished in a smoke gray color. On the XSE, the two-tone Midnight Black Metallic roof is available.
Moving to the interior of SE and XSE grades, we see premium features like standard aluminum sport pedals plus a leather-wrapped steering wheel with paddle shifters. Exclusive to XSE, we see artistic perforations in the leather-trimmed seats.
All grades will feature Camry’s all-new Hammerhead LED Headlights, which were newly designed and one of the main focal points of Camry’s exterior styling.
On the XLE, a new quilted pattern interior trim of dynamic microfiber brings its own sophistication. XLE grade offers a panoramic glass roof with a front power tilt and slide moonroof. (which you can get on the XSE as well.)
All passengers will appreciate the fine details that have gone into enhancing their comfort and convenience, like eight cup/bottle holders spread throughout the interior. Flexible storage space for more utility. A dual-zone automatic climate control system with rear air vents is standard.
A focal point of the Next-Generation Camry is an ergonomic improvement for seating comfort; for example, the front seats have updated seatbacks for the repositioned headrests. Heated and ventilated front seats are available, depending on grade.
The new Camry will be offered in four grades. LE, XLE, and the sport-focused SE and XSE. And in every grade, performance is a focal point. The new Camry showcases Toyota’s latest comfort, convenience, and safety technology.
The Toyota Audio Multimedia System paired with a standard 8-inch or available 12.3-inch touchscreen display is front and center. This system houses Toyota’s connected services, offers an available 9-speaker JBL premium audio system, and features standard compatibility with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
In addition, Toyota has a 7-inch Digital Gauge Cluster that comes standard or an available 12.3-inch Fully Digital Gauge Cluster. To ensure everyone’s devices stay charged, the new Camry will offer USB A and USB C ports, three up front and two in the rear. A Qi wireless charging pad also comes standard for further convenience.
Camry now has four distinct driving modes that remap the vehicle’s throttle response depending on your mood or the road ahead.
